My pre-wedding slimming program

I got a little bit motivated by the Casamia consultant .. so I have decided to do something. Jan Nee and I are going for yoga class once or twice a week. The very first time I joined hot yoga I almost cannot tahan. The second time I got better but still needed to stop and rest. And the third time, I can actually follow without stopping and feeling dizzy. Good progress eh?

It's a very nice and tiring class. Please please let me slim down with all this good workout ...

And I joined fat burn cycling today. It's not as tough as the cycling class I went at Mutiara Clark Hatch. But I haven't been going for long so my stamina is really bad. But I am back now!!!

If anyone of you spotted I curi tulang, feel free to kutuk me. I MUST SLIM DOWN!!

feel free to slap yourself 100 times if you find yourself not working out at gym for at least 2 hours everyday starting now :P
