We went to Mid Valley for the wedding expo today. Wai Ling has already informed me yesterday that it will be a waste of time (coz she skipped lunch and checked it out for me yesterday) . But still I have to go and see bad it is .. hehe.
So, I agreed with Wai Ling. It's small, with limited number of bridal house. And lots of other "related" booth like slimming, facial, nail art or magazine. We visited a few booth and we really didn't like any of it. It's nice but it's not what I want. We don't have the feel for it. It has to be something we see and we feel "this is it!".
The last booth we visited is Eye Shot. We like this one but they didn't have the album taken in PD or Malacca with them so we can't decide. But the pictures taken in Tioman is really nice! We wanted to check out their PD and Malacca album and also the gown at their shop at SS2 but guess what? They are all at MV this weekend so their shop is close. ... What the ...
We went to Eastin hotel, Holiday Villa and Sunway Lagoon hotel after that. Eastin has a simple and okay hall. The package is actually cheap. But Holiday Villa has nicer ball room and reception area. Darling and family like HV a lot. But we all love Sunway Lagoon hotel. Its really nice and they are having a dinner tonight so we can see their deco and stuff. And that ballroom can hold more than 100 tables!!!! Uh ... such a nice hotel and ballroom ... but .. but .. you can guess how much it will cost.
Anywayz, I don't really have special feeling for HV. I like ballroom with modern deco. I feel Victorian ballroom is quite old fashioned. But Victorian mah .. memang like that.
Since I don't have preference for Eastin or HV, we will take HV. Coz darling likes it. ;)
Tomorrow, we will check out the bridal shops at SS2. :)
